We offer FFL transfer services at an affordable flat rate of $35. This fee covers the necessary paperwork and ensures that your firearm is transferred securely and in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Firearm Shipping Services: Nationwide Expertise

$50 Shipping Fee + Shipping Costs

Our firearm shipping services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of firearm enthusiasts across the nation. For a flat fee of $50, we handle the logistics and coordination of shipping your firearm to the desired location. This fee covers the meticulous packaging, necessary documentation, and coordination with reputable carriers to ensure a secure and timely delivery.

Additional $50 for Shipments to California

For shipments to California, we charge an additional $50 to cover the unique requirements and regulations associated with firearm shipments to the state. Rest assured, our experienced team is well-versed in California's firearm laws, ensuring compliance and a smooth shipping process.

Please Make Sure that You’re Legally Eligible to own a firearm and are willing to fulfill all local, state or municipal requirements before buying a gun.

If you are buying a firearm online or having one transferred to Gun Stop (Incoming FFL Transfers):

  • STEP 1:   Complete the FFL Transfer Form below & submit

(you will receive a confirmation email that we received your pre-approved transfer-if you did not receive the confirmation email-please call us (737) 471-0227)

  • STEP 2:  Order & Pay for your firearm online!

  • STEP 3:  Wait for Gun Stop to contact you once we have received your firearm and completed the transfer process.

(We will call and leave you a voicemail if you do not answer- we will ALSO email you to let you know you can come into the store and complete your 4473 & background check)

  • STEP 4:  Come into the store. Bring your ID/or TX DL and/or TX LTC, complete an ATF 4473 form and pay the $35 transfer fee when you pick up the firearm.

Firearm Purchases $35

NFA Purchases: $150

NON Firearm Transfers $15 (ammo or scopes not included with firearm sku)

Transfers that have not been picked up within 30 days will incur a $25$/month storage fee.

Any firearms, suppressors, and NFA items left beyond 60 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Gun Stop.
